Tammy Hoyman

Tammy came to EFR in 1996, fresh out of graduate school. She started her career as an EAP/SAP counselor and received many fulfilling opportunities leading to the professional growth that prepared her for the role as CEO of EFR starting in 2009.

She values communication and considers it her strongest skill. When she’s not working you can find her enjoying the great outdoors on two wheels

“The happiest place on earth for me is out in the middle of nowhere riding my bike, but within a few hours of a great meal! Although I don’t spend nearly enough time biking and camping, those are the times in my life when I have felt the most grounded. I love the simplicity of those days that center around the basics of life- being outdoors, moving my body, clearing my mind, and just focusing on what’s right ahead of me.”
