Sara Klute Behn

Sara Klute Behn is a Certified Yoga Therapist (IAYT), Board-Certified Master’s-Level Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional (DipACLM). She brings an integrative, compassionate approach to well-being that supports individuals navigating stress, life transitions, and mental-emotional challenges.

Using her experience with evidence-based coaching, yoga therapy, and lifestyle medicine, Sara creates a supportive, non-judgmental space where people feel safe, heard, and empowered. She specializes in helping people build nervous-system regulation skills, resilience, and sustainable lifestyle habits that support both mental and physical health.

Angie Chaplin

Angie Chaplin, MASCL PRC, is a nationally recognized leadership educator, author, speaker, and strategist. With more than 25 years of experience designing and facilitating programs across all types of organizations – nonprofit, education, government, and corporate sectors – she has impacted thousands of leaders through her keynotes, workshops, and coaching. She is regarded as one of the leading experts in The Leadership Challenge and The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership, and is also a Certified Master and Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) Coach.

Angie works with organizations to strengthen workforce capacity and cultivate healthy, values-driven leadership cultures and brings a deeply human, practical lens to leadership based in both professional expertise and lived experience navigating mental health challenges and alcohol use disorder. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Buena Vista University and a master’s degree in Strategic Communication & Leadership from Seton Hall University.

Louise Crall

Louise Crall began her career in human resources after earning a BS in Human Resources Management from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. She holds the SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management.

Before joining EFR, Louise rounded out her experiences with various human resources roles at Principal. She facilitates training topics such as workplace harassment, workplace civility, and behavioral interviewing. Louise combines her deep HR expertise with a human-centric lens, creating welcoming training sessions that resonate.

Johanna Dunlevy

Johanna Dunlevy kickstarted her career as a wellness professional in 2004 after earning her BA in Health Promotion from the University of Northern Iowa and MS in Adult Learning and Organizational Performance from Drake University.

Johanna specializes in training topics such as stress management, mindfulness, and self-care. She combines her extensive knowledge with a genuine passion for well-being, creating engaging and impactful training experiences that empower individuals to thrive both personally and professionally.

Mollie Frideres

Mollie Frideres is the founder and owner of MFS HR Solutions, which specializes in human capital management. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Mollie helps organizations attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering productive, collaborative workplaces.

Mollie is passionate about identifying challenges and tailoring strategic solutions that align with each company’s unique goals. She is actively involved in her community, contributing as a member of the Ames and Urbandale Chambers of Commerce, Central Iowa SHRM, Cyclone SHRM, and co-president of the Iowa Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners.

Jason Haglund

Jason Haglund launched his career with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Gannon University. As a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CDAC), Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his work.

A 5th generation Iowa farmer, Jason co-owns the Boone County-based Hickory Grove Family Farm and is the owner of Haglund Consulting. He also co-hosts “The Stepping In It” podcast. Jason’s passion lies in making a difference by impacting systems and creating change through educating policymakers, businesses, and communities.

Megan Hammes

Megan Hammes began her professional journey with a BS in Exercise Science/Athletic Training from the University of Iowa and an MS in Health Promotion Management/Corporate Wellness from American University in Washington, DC. As a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES), Megan brings a wealth of expertise in health and wellness to her work.

She is the founder of Hammes Homestead & Consulting, where she leverages over 20 years of experience in employee health and well-being management. Megan specializes in delivering comprehensive mental health training directly to leadership teams and work groups. She is an instructor for Mental Health First Aid – Adult, Mental Health First Aid – Higher Education, and QPR Suicide Prevention Training.

Megan’s commitment to fostering mental health and well-being, combined with her extensive experience and educational background, enables her to create impactful and transformative training experiences. Nancy Hanna

Nancy Hanna began her professional journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Iowa State University. As a Certified Life Coach and Certified Laugh Coach, Nancy brings a unique blend of expertise and positivity to her practice.

With over 30 years of experience working in education, Nancy has dedicated her career to fostering growth and well-being in others. Her extensive background in counseling and education allows her to provide impactful coaching that empowers individuals to lead fulfilling and joyful lives.

Kathy Hay

Kathy Hay brings over 35 years of experience in education and has dedicated her career to fostering creativity and growth for life-long learning. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Iowa State University and a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Iowa. In addition, she received training from Code.org and worked as a Fundamentals trainer in Iowa and Illinois and works for Northeast Iowa Community college as a STEM teacher.

Kathy’s approach combines a positive outlook with the belief that everyone can learn with the right guidance and support. Her extensive background working with children and adults, both in and out of school settings, allows her to offer new techniques and strategies in a fun and uplifting learning context, moving her clients through meaningful change at work and at home.

Haley Pederson Hundley

Haley Pederson Hundley began her professional journey with a BS in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Iowa State University and an MHA from Walden University. As a Certified Prevention Specialist (CPS) and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (tCADC), Haley brings extensive expertise to her practice.

With over 10 years of experience in the substance use prevention field, Haley has dedicated her career to helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve well-being. Her dual certifications enable her to provide comprehensive support and guidance to those dealing with substance use issues.

Kimberley Jackman began her professional journey with an AA from Des Moines Area Community College and a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from Drake University. Dana Lemberg

Dana Lemberg, RDN, LD, CHES is a registered dietitian and certified health education specialist who offers personalized nutrition coaching and engaging wellness presentations tailored to the unique goals of each individual or organization. Her approach is rooted in a non-diet, weight-neutral philosophy—focusing on sustainable habits and overall wellbeing—while supporting clients in pursuing the outcomes that matter most to them.

In her one-on-one work, Dana helps clients explore their relationship with food and develop lasting changes that fit their lifestyle. She is also highly experienced in corporate wellness and group facilitation, having led numerous workshops and presentations that connect the dots between nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, and other key aspects of health. Scott Nelson began his professional journey with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Graceland University. As an Independent Financial Advisor with Legacy Financial Group, Scott brings extensive expertise in financial planning and investment management.

Lars Peterson

Lars Peterson began his career as a licensed psychotherapist after earning his BS and MSW from the University of Iowa. With certifications in LISW, EMDR, ACT, CFT, and the Gottman Method of counseling couples, Lars brings a wealth of expertise to his practice. He has also received certification as a Family Business Advisor and advanced training in crucial conversations.

Lars specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families, providing personalized therapeutic support. His role extends beyond therapy; he serves as a consultant to family businesses and other organizations, offering guidance on ownership and management transition issues. Ernest Phillips

Ernest Phillips earned his BA Psychology from Grand View College and is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). With more than 20 years of experience, he has worked with many companies and organizations, including small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and nonprofit organizations. Throughout his career, Ernest has trained thousands of individuals, coached hundreds one-on-one, and delivered more than a hundred hours of professional and keynote presentations.

He is the owner of Relationship Wealth Enterprises, where he provides Emotional Intelligence training designed to address real-world business challenges. Drawing on decades of research and practical implementation, his work delivers tangible, reliable results that directly support organizational performance and bottom-line goals. In addition, Ernest is the host of the System Works YouTube channel and a published author.

Amanda Sikkema

Amanda Sikkema is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a strong academic foundation and a passion for integrative health. She holds a Master of Science in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Sensory Sciences from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from Wartburg College.

Currently, Amanda works in multiple roles, providing individualized nutrition counseling to a variety of clients in her private practice as well as being a part-time instructor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she teaches undergraduate nutrition courses. She also partners with corporate wellness organizations, like Employee and Family Resources, delivering workshops and one-on-one nutrition consultations to support employee health and performance.

With expertise in clinical nutrition, teaching, and wellness programming, Amanda combines evidence-based practice with a client-centered approach to promote sustainable health and well-being.

Kirk Trow

Kirk D. Trow is an experienced leadership trainer and executive coach with more than 30 years of success helping leaders and organizations improve performance, accountability, and results. He partners with executives, managers, and high‑potential leaders to strengthen leadership capability, align people practices with business strategy, and translate expectations into sustained performance.

In addition to his extensive senior HR leadership and consulting background, Kirk is also a former high school and collegiate coach, bringing a true coach’s mindset to leadership development. She is the founder of The DASH Mindset, where she also hosts The DASH Mindset Podcast. In addition to her coaching and podcasting endeavors, Sheri serves as an Adjunct Professor for the Mount Mercy Master of Strategic Leadership (MSL) program.
