In today’s workforce, where a majority of adults with substance use disorders are employed, creating a drug-free environment is not just beneficial—it’s essential. Substance abuse costs U.S. organizations billions annually due to lost productivity, increased absenteeism, higher accident risks, and turnover rates. Become equipped with tools to proactively address substance use concerns in your organization, including recognizing substance abuse signs and implementing effective interventions. This course aligns with the training requirements of Iowa Code 730.5 for leaders in drug-testing organizations.
