Haley Pederson

Substance Abuse Programs Director

Haley Pederson Hundley is the Substance Abuse Programs Director at Employee & Family Resources (EFR). A Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Certified Prevention Specialist, Haley brings over 8 years of experience in substance abuse prevention, with a strong focus on opioid misuse prevention and general prevention services. She began her journey on EFR’s Prevention team, then advanced to managing the Prevention Program, and most recently led the Substance Abuse Evaluation Services Program.

Haley holds a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Walden University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Iowa State University.

Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and husband, reading, and baking.
