The best way to create wellness programs that make an impact is to start with EFR’s culture audit, a confidential, electronic survey for leaders and employees that helps measure the existing culture of wellness in your organization.
After the culture audit is completed, EFR’s wellness manager will provide a score, assist with a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) analysis, and action plan for enhancing the culture in your organization. The culture audit can be taken each contract year to measure areas of growth, as well as areas in need of further development.

Student Assistance Program (SAP) & Outpatient Counseling
Maddox*, an elementary-aged student, struggled with anger outbursts, physical aggression, and difficulties with problem-solving. After spending years off-and-on in therapy seeking treatment with various providers only to remark that “none seemed to want to listen,” Maddox’s parents sought SAP services through their district.
Today, Maddox is completing his SAP sessions and moving towards outpatient counseling. He has reduced his anger outbursts and has learned skills to help him successfully navigate challenging days.
