This includes on-site and virtual counseling sessions, debriefing meetings, and trauma-informed care to help individuals process their experiences and begin the recovery process.

Our comprehensive crisis response services include:

Individual and Group Counseling: Offering both one-on-one and group counseling sessions to support employees affected by the incident.

Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD): Facilitating structured debriefing sessions to help employees process the incident and reduce the likelihood of long-term psychological impact.

Follow-Up Support: Ensuring ongoing support and check-ins with the employer to provide additional resources as needed.

One of my stores experienced a tragedy with a beloved employee that affected many people. I called EFR and they were fast, friendly, and efficient.
